Pickup & Delivery

We provide pickup and delivery service that is free of charge for our customers in the Perth Metro and Bunbury South West area. We’ll pick up your broken tools and return them as good as new. It doesn’t get much better than that!

Service Inspection Fees

All customers are charged an inspection fee. However, if you authorise suggested repairs, this cost is included in the final cost. Inspection fee on all electrical tools is $44.00 including GST. Inspection on all gas tools and compressors is $66.00.

Test & Tagging

All electrical tools repaired by Ortons are tested and tagged.

Warranty Information

Ortons cannot commence work on any warranty claims unless accompanied by proof of purchase. Therefore, no warranty claim can be accepted. Ortons will not accept any warranty claim for tools that have been purchased online. These warranty claims are to be made to the online seller.

In-House Warranties

Ortons provides a warranty on all repairs carried out by our technician. This way, our clients walk away feeling satisfied.

Advice

Before you purchase any products for commercial use, it’s important to consider a number of factors. Do these new tools and components meet Australian standards? There are a number of substandard products on the market that have not been tested.

Ortons understands that cost is always a factor when purchasing tools, general hardware, trestles or aluminium planks. Keeping this in mind, all of our product lines must endure a rigorous testing regime before receiving the tick of approval by the Australian Standards. Remember, items that have not been approved will have an impact on workers’ compensation cases that are investigated by Worksafe.

For your protection and the protection of your workers, please consider the implications of using products that have not been certified.
